Andrew & Rachel White - Owners
Andrew, a true Clarksville native, graduated from Clarksville High and attended Nashville Auto Diesel College. He honed his skills and expertise as a Master Certified Technician, working in the automotive industry for many years. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Andrew was determined to bring top-notch auto care services to his hometown.
Rachel, on the other hand, has called Clarksville home for the past 20 years. Growing up alongside her dad, she developed a love for cars and spent countless hours "under the hood." Together, they even participated in drag racing events, fueling Rachel's passion for all things automotive. Although she initially pursued a career in the Veterinary field for 16 years, Rachel's heart ultimately led her back
to the automotive industry.
Combining their expertise and shared love for cars, Andrew and Rachel decided to embark on a new venture together. They founded A&R Complete Auto Care with the vision of providing exceptional service and building strong connections within the Clarksville/Montgomery County community.
But their dedication to the community doesn't stop at auto care. Andrew and Rachel are also avid members of a competition BBQ team, where they showcase their culinary skills. Through their BBQ endeavors, they find joy in giving back to the local community that has supported them throughout their journey.

I’ve been in management for over 20 years, and I love creating a team atmosphere where customers feel truly taken care of. My career has given me the chance to travel a lot, but what I enjoy most now is building strong relationships with our staff and customers. When I’m not at the shop, you’ll usually find me cheering on the Nashville Predators, playing guitar, riding my motorcycle, or cooking. At home, I enjoy time with my two grown kids and our spoiled pit bull.

One time, on a first date, the guy hit a possum, and it died. I had recently learned they might have babies in their pouch, so I made him stop so I could see if there were any survivors. Sure enough, she had FIVE living babies in her pouch. I collected them and brought them to a wildlife rescue. That guy never asked me out again.

I will also be rebuilding my dad's old motorcycle soon by myself. In the future, I've always wanted to write a book someday. Professionally, I would like the opportunity to be in management, or I am on my way there! I would love to own my own land, also.

Isaiah White
Technician
Hi, my name is Isaiah! I can understand what it feels like to have a rainy day in life when your umbrella has 6 holes in it, your shoes get soaked in just 5 minutes outside...and you make it all the way to your vehicle, and boom...it's in a deeper sleep than snow white... Because of this personal understanding of the obscurity that a bad day can bring, my goal is to be the small change in your rough day and a smile left on your face! "As I am a towin, safety for your car you'll be knowin" - At. White
Jeff Camara

Justin Prosecky
Technician
As written by the marketing gal. What can we say about Justin? He doesn't like to talk about himself. What I have come to learn about Justin is that he really likes dino nuggets, mac & cheese, and cereal. Justin seems to really like sports since I've noticed his phone goes off a lot with updates about sports. We've dubbed Justin the
store Mascot, as he's been working for A&R since we opened our doors in 2011.
Nate Stairwat

Two fun facts: I had a pet deer and a pet coyote. I also own a 1992 BMW 525 and use it as a show car/Sunday Driver.
