Back story… I’d gotten 4 new tires from a different place to which they told me my front alignment needed to be taken care of. They couldn’t schedule my alignment for another week from today. All the while my tires felt like they were going to wobble off! The wobble had gotten significantly worse over the last few days and I decided I couldn’t wait for another week. So I called A&R and they got me in almost immediately. They made sure I knew what was happening through the entire process and even let me in on some critical information the tire shop failed to mention to me. They were also able to do my alignment that day! Needless to say I will not being going back to that tire shop and will keep my relationship with the A&R family!

Amazing customer service. A&R took the time out of their busy schedule to help me with warranty information on a part they installed years ago knowing I moved out of state and could no longer be a customer. Thank you.

Fast turn around on my vehicle. Just not happy that they said I needed spark plugs when I just had a tune up recently done. I even told them that during the initial call to set up my appointment.

I’m not good with remembering names (sorry), but each member that was focused on my coolant leak and air, cabin filter replacement or simply checking me in was very helpful, nice, was very knowledgeable, and made sure I understood on my level what exactly was going on with my car. I’m really grateful for them being able to fix my leak in a few hours, and love that they do military discount. Thank you A&R, you gained another customer!!
