I bought a truck through Carmax and was having issues with it and A&R auto works with the total care program that Carmax offers their customers it was extremely fast and efficient to take my truck to them and have them repair it. I had my front hubs and bearings replaced my entire exhaust system smaller motors in windows that were going out or were faulty and a few other small things and they had it done in two days extremely pleased with my service that I got from them.

Absolutely loved their work! They had my car ready and finished the next day! Scheduling and the work were quick, efficient and professional! Highly, HIGHLY recommend and I got a free watermelon air freshener out of it!

I took my car to A&R Complete for a second opinion and I am beyond glad I did. The first repair shop told me that the vehicle had a blown head gasket and would be over a thousand dollars to repair. I called A&R to get a second opinion and see if they could perform the type of work needed. The ladies in the front office (Angie) were very nice and professional. I dropped the car off to be inspected and the technician ran several tests to determine that it was the hose going to the radiator that was causing the issue at hand. So glad I called A&R and would definitely recommend them to anyone who may be having issues with their vehicle.

First: the ladies at the in processing were definitely top-notch. Kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable at their job. And I might also add good looking and lovely personalities. Second: the foreman was very professional. He did a thorough diagnostic test of my vehicle and explained exactly what maintenance repairs that needed to be done. I live out of town and asked on very short notice if they could do a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle I was interested in purchasing from a local dealership. Receptionist said they had a cpl of cancellations that day and would be more than happy to. Words I’d use to describe this business based on my experience: accommodative, efficient, polite, reasonably priced. They are literally the Apple Store of auto repair. Did the following all via my smartphone: confirmed my appt, notified me when a tech had been assigned to my vehicle which was about the time they said it would be, sent me my vehicle inspection report, sent me the bill, and allowed me to pay via my phone. I literally never stepped into their shop which worked great because I was at work 100 miles away while this all happened. Very pleased and would highly recommend, at least for something like this. Customer service is important, this business still understands that. Keep up the great work!

Great service, had a camshaft, lifters, and rocker arms replaced within a week. Friendly service and shout out to the shuttle service. A great experience over all.
