Very friendly! I took my Honda in for an ignition issue. Got an estimate the next day. That very same day, it was fixed. Not only were they quick, but they kept me updated on cost and how long it would take.These are the people that do it right the first time!

I visited this shop on August 21, 2017 and originally had a bad experience with the original sales manager. After discussing the situation with the owner things were handled well. I had a chance to speak to Andrew the owner of A&R auto and he met the expectations you want from an owner. He went beyond apologizing which shows he values his customers and I appreciate this. This shop has good and bad reviews. Many of the bad experiences I would imagine come from dealing with previous sales managers trying to get as much out of any repair as possible. I believe reviews involving price are because sales managers made up prices as they went along. After speaking with Andrew I imagine he is remedying this situation. I recommend reading the reviews (good and bad) and speaking to Andrew (owner) or Ken if you have/had problems, concerns, or questions. This review gets three stars only because Andrew did try his best to compensate me for my experience.

Ken was a pleasure to speak with, very flexible and professional. Service was completed fast and at a fair price too. They have an awesome online tool where you can see details and even photos of your vehicles inspection. Repair estimate was inclusive of every cost and accurate as well. Would recommend A&R to anyone needing service.

Top notch service, very conscientious and friendly staff , I feel like family when I come here. Their technicians are the most knowledgeable I have ever met. They Explained things so I could understand what was going on with my car. They have a customer for life. Great alternative to the "stealership" , their prices are way better. 5 Stars all the way.

This was my first time using A&R. I never really thought about using you until we started hearing good things about your shop so decided to try it out. Loved how I got the email and the summary of everything wrong, and the car was fixed in a timely manner with no issues! Great service and feedback. I will be back for sure, thanks!

A&R is the only place I will ever take my car! These are the most honest people I have ever worked with and you can trust that they are always giving you the best deal. Their technicians are top notch! I will never take my car anywhere else!
