This review would be 5 stars, however, I did have to take my vehicle back in after the original issue I had was repaired. They put in a brand new transmission and torque converter, I paid in full, called regularly to check in on my vehicle. I received adequate updates and they were friendly and polite every time I called. Definitely put me at ease. Went to pick it up, started and shifted fine, ran great. The issue was my steering alignment. The vehicle pulled right pretty hard and in order to drive straight I was turned 45 degrees to the left. Not sure how it happened, didn't ask. Simply called and explained my concern with the issue as it wasn't like that when I dropped it off. I spoke with Shannon the manager, he said bring it on back whenever I could and they would take a look at it and fix it, at no cost to me. He apologized and was very professional. I couldn't be happier with the customer service honestly, great group of professionals. Dropped it off the next morning, picked it up around 3:30pm, straight as an arrow. Couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend these guys and gals. I will be a return customer, even with the little hiccup. They were willing to make it right and that says a lot about the caliber of business they are.
