I has a wheel alignment done at this shop. It was important that it be done the same day, so I would have the car for a long trip. They were very understanding and were able to work me in. Their price was very reasonable. The staff is very friendly, yet very professional. I highly recommend them.

This company is very professional and have met every expectation that I have for how I like a vehicle to be thoroughly checked for any and everything based off of the manufacturer information.

This place does not look like your typical auto care shop. It’s well put together and it’s not even a franchise. They are quite on the high end however, you still get a thorough service. A recommendation I’d make will be that they may consider vacuuming their customer’s cars to make up for how expensive their services are. An auto shop I used to always take my car in Chicago did that and it always consoled me considering how much I spend during every service on my car.

Was very impressed on how I was treated! They also send you a text when your vehicle is checked in and when the repair starts and when the work is completed. They also will send you a detailed check list will all they they checked. I have already had a friend take his car there and had it back the next day I will also be taking my truck there to have the brakes checked and drums replaced! Again EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It is hard to find a mechanic that you can trust, but at this time I do trust A&R with their detail work on my car, thank you.

They are very friendly and helpful, a little pricey but I believe you need to spend more to get better results.
