I highly recommend taking your vehicle here to be worked on. They get you in and taken care of at your scheduled appointment time and will correctly diagnose your car. They will not waste your time or money. They are very helpful and nice people.

The customer service was unbeatable. They did a lot of work to my Jeep, my anxiety was through the roof with the amount of work it needed. From scheduling to out the door, Angie and Will were professional, helpful and answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. Will took the time to break everything down for me on two different occasions and answered all my questions while remaining completely calm and professional. The reviews on their customer service was why I chose them to begin with and I’m relieved to say they were accurate. I was also very relieved during the drive home, it’s running great now!! They offered a shuttle service as well that took me home and picked me back up to get my car. Heather was super personable and friendly. I did call around prior to scheduling with them and their customer service both got me and kept me. I highly recommend them.

My vehicle had a few issues going on. I dealt with Will he was awesome and explained everything to me. A&R repaired my vehicle very quickly and were honest about prices. I recommend them to anyone looking for someone to service their vehicle!

Satisfied customer. I took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment and the team at A&R informed me that I needed 2 tires. Upon purchasing the tires elsewhere they installed them for me(even though they didn’t have to.) I drove my vehicle the following day and it drove like a champ. Having several vehicles I’ll say it again I’m a satisfied customer. The team sent text notifications and updates on the progress of my vehicle. Moving forward I will take all my vehicles to A&R. A&R is a locally owned automotive repair shop. They provide one of the best warranties in town!!

I've been going to A&R every time my car breaks down in Clarksville and they always get it back on the road quickly and effectively, excellent mechanics Angie, Will and Doug are cool trustworthy people. There is a diagnostic fee but you can be sure you're getting a proper one that detects most underlying issues in your vehicle to know what to do for future repairs. 10/10

I’ve had these poor guys working on my busted 95 Cherokee for 4 years now, they’ve always done an excellent job, very transparent, never try to upsell unnecessarily, are more than fair with their pricing. Andrew and Rachel have built a great shop with a knowledgeable staff, Doug’s my boy, their mechanics are top notch. I won’t go anywhere else. Neither should you.

These guys do great work. I have never had to go back because of misdiagnosed or shoddy work. There are a lot of novice and part swapping mechanic posing as pros in Clarksville, don’t be temped they will burn you. If you want real mechanics to work on your car that still able effectively diagnose problems, don’t take short cuts and take pride in their work stop by these guys. They will get it done right for you the first time.
